I am Wendy Roff, the author of The Path to Direct Knowing: A Model of Consciousness Without Filters and Resonance is Reality: Hawkins’ Omniversal Theory. My work bridges the seen and unseen, translating the patterns of consciousness into language and experience we can all understand.

The Path to Direct Knowing is my own consciousness map, much like Hawkins’ work, but built through a felt experience rather than a logical scaffolding of reality. Where Hawkins measures, I sense. For me, emotions are the meaning-makers. They create the storyline of reality, shape our archetypal patterns, and reveal the deeper layers of who we are. These are the patterns I read, emotional maps that show not just who we are in the present, but the unseen architecture of our becoming.

Resonance is Reality takes Hawkins’ 15 modified physics equations and brings them to life in plain language, along with guided meditations that allow you to enter each equation directly. Where most see theory, I see a doorway, a way to step inside the mathematics of consciousness and experience it from within.

I have spent nearly 30 years studying Jungian psychology and the cognitive functions, and I was trained at age six in MindPsy, a program created by Helen Bangs Weygand to increase psychic ability in children under seven. Helen understood that children naturally operate in theta brainwave states, where the veils are thin and reality is multi-layered. Her training, combined with my archetype, meant I never lost the ability to access and map these deeper layers of existence.

At the heart of my work is a simple truth: we are all multidimensional beings focused on our physical-dimensional stories. Some of our patterns live in light, others in shadow, but all of them hold meaning. My mind naturally seeks that meaning, “Who am I? Why am I here? “ and my gift is helping others see the archetypal structure of their own lives, often in patterns so subtle they are almost invisible.
